Siew Kam Onn is a WordPress user for more than 10 years which culminated in his becoming a Happiness Engineer at Automattic.
In his past, he was an auditor, has worked on Oracle and SAP ERP systems and for a brief few months dabbled in Machine Learning, achieving the rank of a Competitions Expert before he decided to use his laptop for other purposes.
As a Happiness Engineer, his main role is literally to engineer happiness for WordPress.com customers from all over the world.
